Owen begins his eating adventures....

Owen has moved on beyond rice cereal in his eating adventures. With Cameron's help, we decided to try peas first and Owen just LOVES it! It seems as if we are going to have a little eater on our hands...just like Cameron! :) Stay tuned!

Owen is such a sweet & happy baby! He just loves to cuddle, smiles & giggles all the time, has the sweetest smile around. I just love these 2 pictures....perfect!

Happy 4 months!

Happy 4 months to Owen! Can you believe it, FOUR MONTHS! Time is flying by us faster than I would like to accept it. Owen is such a sweet & happy baby! He is smiling, "talking," and starting to giggle all the time! He loves his bouncy seat, play mat, and has recently been introduced to his jumper...and HE LOVES IT!

In fact, he loves it so much...that he has fallen asleep in it just like this many times--haha :)


We have also just started rice cereal. He wasn't completely convinced that he liked it the first few times we tried it. However, he is LOVING every bite now....although he still LOVES his bottle more! If he sees a bottle while trying to eat rice cereal, we can just FORGET even trying to feed him the rice cereal b/c he only wants one thing--his BOTTLE!

He is definitely becoming more interactive with all of us by tracking us around the room, watching big brother Cameron ALL THE TIME, and making his presence known all throughout the house :) :)

Rice Cereal!!!!

Yesterday, 09/26, our little man had his first taste of rice cereal! I cannot believe he is already 4 months old...and almost 15 lbs! Where in the world does the time go?? I just love his facial expressions in these pictures. These were all taken from his morning "taste" of rice cereal...he still was a little unsure of what was going on...but was definitely giving me signs that he LOVED it & couldn't get enough! Enjoy!

Apple Picking :)

Although Owen didn't enjoy picking apples as much as Cameron, he did enjoy our picnic time of lounging on the blanket checking out all the trees and sky! He wasn't a happy camper while we were picking apples--partially b/c it was naptime and he decided it was a better idea to fight sleep rather than take his nap. Hopefully Owen will enjoy it as much as Cam did next year!
